Simply grab your Bangor Savings Bank Debit Mastercard® or your Buoy Local Card.
If you don't have a Bangor Savings Bank debit card, visit your closest Maine or New Hampshire Bangor Savings Bank branch to open a checking account and receive your card instantly at most locations, or you can open a checking account online and have a debit card sent to you. To get a Buoy Local Card, you can request one online or pick one up at your local Bangor Savings Bank branch.

Connect Your Card
If you have a Bangor Savings Bank Debit Mastercard, link it to the app*.
If you're using a Buoy Local Card, link your card to the app* and add any U.S. debit or credit card to make purchases at participating businesses.

Start Earning Reward Points
If you have a Bangor Savings Bank Debit Mastercard, use your card as you typically would and earn reward points any time you shop at a participating business.
If you have a Buoy Local Card, use your Buoy Local Card at any participating business to earn reward points.

Effective June 2023, the Bangor Savings Bank Debit Mastercard is now integrated with Buoy Local. This gives our debit card holders access to the new program and features.
